We are a family run independent cheese specialist established in 1960 and based in Didsbury, South Manchester. We are members of The Specialist Cheesemakers Association and members of the management committee of The Guild of Fine Food Retailers.

We hold the Gold Medal of Honour and the Order of Merit from the Swiss Cheese Union, and have over 40 other awards (including Cheese Retailer of The Year - 3 consecutive years) for cheese retailing during our 40 years of traditional trading.

In 1997 we started our first Swiss cheese e-commerce web site, which has proven to be so successful we have now increased the range of products available to our web customers.
