Developed in conjunction with the cheese-makers based in Switzerland, we have produced a cheese that is nutty and full flavoured, with an exceptionally round finish. The cheese won a Gold Award at the 2009 World Cheese Awards, held in Las Palmas, Gran Canaria in October and will perfectly grace any festive cheese board
